Great Cold War of Malheur

My Hero from the Great Cold War of Malheur. The Allies exercised extreme caution so as to not risk collateral damage to the Avian Brotherhood who fully supported kicking the silly buggers out of their Refuge. For this he was awarded the Corndog of Freedom Medal (which he cannot wear because it is too heavy and he has no uniform to pin it on.)

I was slumming down at the Coo-coos' Nest picking up chicks. Well trying to. Everyone there was all "coo coo coo, you're the superhero. Why aren't you out there at that Mel Hoower place doing something important?"

Rita, who was usually easy to get with the promises of snacks, was getting it to the fray asking stupid questions. She was not surrendering to my overtures. While she had some fine tail-feathers, she had the brain of a twit, and you can't argue with a twit, unless of course you just like to argue. In that case the Coo-coos' Nest is the place to be. Bird sanctuaries run a close second. Especially one that is overrun with Dodos.

I would go out to the Refuge if I knew where it was. I can fly HOME from great distances but the outbound flight is a complete blank. I can't read maps and even if I could, someone would have to spread one out for me to read. And if they did the wrecking crew at the Nest would take it for a picnic preparation and descend on it. Systematically one location after another would be obliterated from that map.

It became obvious that I was not going to get any so I flew off to brood at my Roost of Solitude.

Greetings Brunei

Hello to Brunei. Welcome to my blog about the pigeon with a human intellect. Two eBooks are written telling his story. I hope that the humor doesn't lose too much in language translation.

Ruminations of a Bird Brain vol 1 & 2 ---------- His humble beginnings, funny stuff and characters

Bird Brain Rising ------------ Bird Brain's rise as a Superhero.
